Real Estate Investment Strategies - Options

Options are always a nice thing to have, regardless of your situation. In real estate, the option contract can be used for a number of different scenarios, I am going to use this space to focus on just one: let's call them the "tweener sellers."
I consider the tweener type of seller to be somewhere between wholesale and retail, but leaning a bit more towards the retail side. The seller lacks the personal/financial distress that drives the immediate resolution necessity of a direct purchase,
